Predica designed and developed the first module of the system for creating, maintaining and versioning budgets called the Budget Management System (BMS). The implementation was based on the Microsoft technology stack including Office SharePoint Server, custom Office add-in to manage budgets in Excel, SQL Server R2 with reporting and analysis module, .NET Framework and WCF for integration with external systems. The adoption of Office SharePoint platform allowed decreasing the implementation time by utilizing built-in mechanisms in the platform, including authentication, user interface forms, and workflow engine. Then the process has expanded with the remaining critical business processes such as document and invoice management system with accounting integration or sales and managing customer relations.
Currently, Yareal together with Predica, expands the system to include new components and business processes, e.g. customer post-sale service, payment control and marketing campaigns. At present, the system covers, as well, most of the key ERP system-type functionalities tailored to the needs of the real-estate development company.
