Warsaw Uprising Museum, as one of the most modern culture spots in Poland, engages plenty of volunteers in its daily activities. Up until the project with Predica, there has been no central system to manage volunteers’ roles and monitor all their actions. In order to proceed the cooperation smoothly and keep it under the control of the museum’s administrative unit, it was necessary to introduce an electronic register for the volunteers.
We implemented a CRM platform for the Warsaw Uprising Museum Volunteers Department based on Microsoft Dynamics. The project scope included several stages – from installing Microsoft Dynamics CRM Server within the existing Active Directory infrastructure and extending it to Microsoft Azure AD login system, to upgrading CRM platform to the latest version (2016) along with verifying the source code. The main part here was to modify the CRM platform with custom fields matching the information from volunteers’ questionnaires and launching the online portal for them to enroll for the subsequent occasions.
