An insurance broker has not used before any platform for managing the customer service and clients relations, what significantly hindered processing ongoing orders (in particular managing the agents’ settlements commission and accounting the customers’ premiums).
Predica’s consultants proposed implementing the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online platform. We have configured customer bases with 360-degree customer view, partners bases and insurance objects bases, as well as a policies and premiums register. We also launched an automatic invoicing module that significantly improved the work of both brokers and accounting. Within the project, we are responsible for the current system support and training for employees.
