One of the largest building and decorating (DIY) retail chains in Poland lacked a unified information management system for products and services ordered from external suppliers making it impossible to negotiate the best contracts for the entire network.

We have been chosen as a tech partner for working out unified standards for the information circulation regarding the ordered products and services in the whole Leroy Merlin chain. In the next step, we created and implemented a SharePoint Add-in called 1Order, which is a central register of suppliers, prices, and conditions procurement for products and services delivered to the stores. It allows the user to assign a supervisor to a particular category of goods and efficiently track orders already made. With this solution, each purchaser has access to preview the list of products that wants to order, and then can quickly place an order for a particular commodity.
