Bank Pocztowy, part of the national Polish postal company, introduced a PMI-based project methodology across its company (over 1’000 users) with Predica consultants’ support.

The pilot for Microsoft Project Online included enabling and configuring the Project Online tenant and reviewing its functionalities (workshops for PMs, PMO, Management board). The primary focus of it meant creating and managing project schedules, implementing the bank’s strategy based on business drivers and prioritization, working with Project Professional – the tool for project management, collaboration on project documentation, resource management, reporting of completed work, status update reports.

The next step in the project was to prepare for a full deployment of Project Server 2013 with the project schedule, analysis of methodology implementation in the tool and training for the users. The pilot deployment resulted in making a strategic decision to utilize the MS Project Server to manage ongoing projects.
